What to Expect

The Healthy Teams assessment evaluates five areas of high-performing teams: Alignment, Collaboration, Empowerment, Resilience, and Trust & Well-Being. Take time to reflect on your answers to best identify opportunities for maximizing your team’s performance and well-being.

This free assessment takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will provide you with a measurement of how well your team tackles challenges. It will specifically measure your team’s alignment, mental and emotional health, and ability to communicate with each other.
